Sealed bids for Streets Garage Lot Full-Depth Reclamation and Asphalt Paving will be received by the City Clerk's Office, until 2:00 P.M., on Tuesday, April 14th, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in Council Chambers, City Hall, 12325 Manchester Rd, Des Peres MO 63131. Two copies of the bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the project name, date, and time of opening clearly written on the envelope.The Scope of Work consists of full-depth reclamation (pulverization and cement fortification) followed by an asphalt overlay of the lot at the Streets Garage, 942 Des Peres Road. The entry drive will be milled and overlaid. The total area is approximately 3, 000 SY.
