The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for Description.The Effective Date of this Agreement will be upon final signature and recording by the City Clerk-s department. The Commencement Date of this Agreement will be upon Contract Start Date, or the Effective Date, whichever is later.The term of this Agreement will be for five (5) years, beginning on the Commencement Date, with two 1-year options to extend, which may be exercised by the City in its sole discretion.
