Council requires suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake proactive tree inspection, data collection, pruning and electric line clearances throughout the City of Boroondara as outlined in Part A.2 - Specifications.The objective of this Contract is to capture data and maintain the health and aesthetic appearance of all pruned trees, to maximise their environmental and amenity value, achieve community satisfaction and promote the overall streetscape. Concurrently, this Contract will ensure safe reduction and elimination of hazards by maintaining the Electricity Supply Authority-s minimum prescribed clearances of overhead electric lines for Council trees.The Contract comprises of 3 workstreams, as follows:Workstream A: Data collection and works identification involving inspection, assessment and discovery of tree assets throughout the municipality.Workstream B: Programmed maintenance, including electrical line clearance of tree assets.Workstream C: Programmed formative pruning of juvenile trees.
