Kwietna 40, plot no 176/2, precinct 010; - Kwietna Street 41, plot no. 177 and 176/2, precinct 010; - Kwietna Street 41 A, registration plot 177 and 178/2, precinct 010. b) obtaining an administrative decision to carry out construction works from the competent authority architectural and construction administration, enabling the Ordering Party to start construction works, c) making a one-time update of investor cost estimates; d)exercising author's supervision in the scope of: - findings during the execution of works construction compliance of implementation with the project, - agreeing on the possibility of introducing alternative solutions to those provided for in the project and reported by the construction manager or investor's supervision inspector and in accordance with the concluded contract. 2.
