Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : 1. General Experience: Minimum five (5) years of continuous operation as a system integrator or managed service provider in the IT / telecom / broadcast sector, as prime contractor, sub-contractor or management contractor, in the public or private sector.2. Additional Experience: Minimum three (3) years of demonstrated experience delivering OTT / live event and video-streaming solutions, evidenced by at least two (2) reference deployments of comparable or larger scale (≥ 200, 000 concurrent users) during the last five years, supported by client completion certificates.3. Mobile Application Lifecycle Management: The bidder shall demonstrate proven experience in publishing and managing native mobile applications on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store for a minimum of two (2) years, with responsibility for the full lifecycle including developer-account administration, store-compliance review management, version releases, staged rollouts, crash & rating management, and policy-change remediation. Evidence shall include developer-account links or screenshots of at least two (2) currently published applications (one on each store), together with supporting client certificates.4.
