Subject of purchase: The Supplier supplies and transfers the products to the Customer together with all the documents necessary to accept the products under the terms of this Agreement, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. on the next working day from the moment of receiving the application from the Customer. The application is submitted electronicallyin the form or in telephone mode. The delivery of products is carried out at the expense and transport of the Supplier. Place of delivery (handover) of products: Kyiv, str. Yagidna, 58, warehouse of the food supply department. The quality of the goods delivered by the Supplier must meet the requirements of the current noregulatory acts for this type of product (DSTU 4900:2007). Payment for the product is made only after its actual receipt by the Customer on the basis of properly executed invoices (in triplicate), certified by the seal and signature of the Supplier's person authorized to sign commercialand financial documents. The customer is obliged to pay for the products within 15 banking days.
