Strategic solution of Trhové Sviny Primary School and ZUŠ - project documentation The subject of the performance of the public contract is, in accordance with the tender conditions, in particular: - performing an engineering-geological survey and a radon survey, - preparation of an architectural study, -processing documentation for planning permission, - processing of documentation for the implementation of the construction, including the budget and statement of dimensions, - performance of the function of health and safety coordinator during construction preparation, - ensuring engineering activity in construction (including provision of opinions) leading to finality planning permission, - cooperation in the selection of the construction contractor, - performance of the designer's supervision during construction. The project documentation will be prepared in accordance with the feasibility study (part of Annex No. 2 of the contract - see Annex No. 3 of the procurement documentation) and divided into the following parts determined by the feasibility study (see p. 70 of the study for parts): A, C, D, E, G, H (parts B, F will not be processed - the premises of the former rectory - the cultural center of the city). This is the use of buildings managed by the Secondary School, Trhové Sviny, Školní 709 (property of the South Bohemian Region) for the operation of the F. Pišinger Basic Art School, Trhové Sviny, and further premises for the practical part of the education of the students of the Secondary School, Trhové Sviny, Školní 709. It also includes a new arrangement of the vestibule of the historical buildings and the intersection of Husov-Jeronýmov-Komenského streets with regard to the existing concept of the Regeneration of the Trhová Sviny Municipal Monument Zone.
