Synopsis: Provincial Archives of Saskatchewan Strategic Plan Renewal 2026-27 The Provincial Archives of Saskatchewan (PAS) wishes to renew its current strategic plan for the years 2027-31, with the intent to create a concise, dynamic plan that will guide the organization over the next three to four years. The PAS requires a consultant to facilitate the process through information gathering, reviewing existing mission, vision and values statements, and leading engaging strategic planning sessions with the Board of Directors, management and staff. Following the exercise, the final document will be delivered as a strategic plan by February 26, 2027. Familiarity with the public sector and government planning will be considered an asset.
