Strategic planning advisory services - Terms of Reference for Consulting Master in Demography and Development/Center for Experimentation and Applied Research in Psychometrics and Evaluation (CEI-TEST) - Contract for consulting expert in qualitative experimental (pilot) studies for PHUMA. I. Background This document responds to the decision taken in May 2024 by the University Council of the National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH) to assign the CEI-TEST the development and redesign of all the differentiated periodic editions of the admission test (PHUMA) in its different formats (print, virtual and audio) to be applied in the admission processes from 2025, with the aim of guaranteeing a inclusive, equitable and effective admission process for entry to higher education, in accordance with the psychosocial, economic and cultural characteristics of Honduras. Since 2006, the UNAH had applied a test designed by the College Board; However, it has been decided to develop a contextualized test adapted to the specific needs of the Honduran educational system. This project aims to improve the student selection process, aligning with the principles of inclusion and equity established at the III UNESCO World Conference on Higher Education, 2022.
