Strategic planning advisory services - Terms of Reference for Consulting Expert in preparing items for standardized tests with disciplinary mastery in Spanish I. Background This document responds to the decision of the Council University of the National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH) to develop its own Academic Aptitude Test (PAA), with the aim of guaranteeing an inclusive, equitable and effective admission process for entry to higher education. Since 2006, UNAH has administered a test designed by the College Board; However, it has been decided to develop a contextualized test adapted to the specific needs of the Honduran educational system. This project aims improve the student selection process, aligning with the principles of inclusion and equity established at the III UNESCO World Conference on Higher Education (2022). The project for the development of an academic aptitude test responds to the need to transform and improve the student selection process in the country's universities.
