Strategic partner for digital workplace The procurement refers to a framework agreement for the client area where the supplier must provide products, product-related services and constitute a long-term and active partner to the Customer during the contract period. The procurement includes the ongoing supply of client-related equipment as well as the development of working methods, assortment and associated services over time. The assignment includes, among other things, the delivery of client-related products such as laptops and desktop computers, Chromebooks, tablets, mobile phones, screens, docking stations, accessories, spare parts and other related equipment within the scope of the agreement. The assignment also includes product-related and supporting services such as ordering portal, logistics, delivery support, configuration, labelling, return handling, service, warranty administration, reuse, recycling, reporting, advice, range development and other services with a natural connection to the contract area. The goal is to establish a long-term partnership there the supplier not only delivers products on call, but actively contributes to standardization, cost efficiency, high quality, reduced internal administration, sustainable use of resources and a well-functioning digital workplace for the Customer operations, according to Appendix 3 Objective description Digital Workplace.
