1. The Local Government Unit of Bagamanoc, Catanduanes, through the LGSF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Thirty Three & 62/100 Only (P 9, 995, 033.62) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for STRAIGHT CONTRACT FOR CONCRETING/REBLOCKING OF MAGSAYSAY AND BUGAO ROAD under Contract No. BCW-2026-1064. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Bagamanoc, Catanduanes now invites bids for STRAIGHT CONTRACT FOR CONCRETING/REBLOCKING OF MAGSAYSAY AND BUGAO ROAD.
