1. The Local Government Unit of Bagamanoc, Catanduanes, through the LGSF 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Nine Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Four Hundred Forty Four Pesos & 73 /100 Only (P 19, 998, 444.73) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for STRAIGHT CONTRACT FOR CONCRETING OF SITIO HINDI TO CANINGAG ROAD under Contract No. BCW-2026-1065. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
