The project consists of renovations to the existing Emergency Response Centre to create new second-floor living quarters and improve the functionality of the facility while maintaining emergency operations throughout construction. The work generally includes interior demolition, structural modifications, architectural renovations, construction of new living accommodations, mechanical and electrical upgrades, fire separations, interior finishes, testing, commissioning, and all associated work in accordance with the issued-for-construction drawings and specifications. The Contract will be awarded under a CCDC 2 - Stipulated Price Contract (latest edition). A mandatory site meeting will be held as identified in the Invitation to Tender documents. Only contractors attending the mandatory site meeting will be eligible to submit a Tender. Tender documents are available through SaskTenders.
