The Naval Air Systems Command, PMA-265 (Program Office for F/A-18 & EA-18G Aircraft), intends to solicit The Boeing Company for an Order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), for supplies and services associated with the Stores Management Processor (SMP) Obsolescence Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) mitigation.
