STORAGE ROOM FOR SUPPLY OFFICE PHASE 1
1) The Negros Oriental State University, through the STF-Tuition FY2026 intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION PESOS (3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Storage Room for Supply Office Phase 1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Negros Oriental State University now invites bids for Storage Room for Supply Office Phase 1. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
