D2. SCOPE OF WORKD2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the construction of a new storage garage at Bunn's Creek Park, 365 Mclvor Avenue, Winnipeg, including all architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical work as shown in the IFC drawings.D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:(a) Site preparation, excavation, and placement of engineered fill for the garage footprint and surrounding areas.(b) Construction of a 960 sq. ft. single-storey storage garage, including:(i) Concrete foundation and slab-on-grade.(ii) Wood framing, including exterior walls and pre-engineered roof trusses.(iii) Asphalt shingle roofing with synthetic underlayment and ice/water shield on dormer roof(iv) Fibre cement siding, Hardie panels, and pre-finished metal fascia and soffits.(v) Hollow metal insulated man door and insulated overhead garage door(vi) Installation of bollards, concrete splash pads, and exterior ramps.(c) Mechanical systems, including installation of exhaust fan, ducts, CO/NO2 sensors, and related controls.(d) Electrical systems, including new sub-panel, interior and exterior lighting, power outlets, emergency lighting, and all associated wiring.D2.3 The funds available for this contract are $270, 000.00
