This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number FA470426Q7005 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Storage Containers. This solicitation number shall be referenced on any written quote provided under this RFQ.
This acquisition is 100% set-aside for HUBZone Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 493110 - General Warehousing and Storage, with a size standard of $34M and PSC S215 - Housekeeping - Warehousing/Storage will be utilized.
This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This document incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 Effective 13 March 2026 and the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) as applicable.

(i) This is a contract opportunity for a rental contract to provide forty 40- (L) x 8- (W) x 9.5- (H) OR 40'(L) x 8' (W) x 9.6' (H) (Length by Width by Height, in Feet) storage containers at Jose Aponte, PR. The government will accept any mix or combination of these two sizes to reach the required total of 40 containers. Offerors are not restricted to providing 40 of a single size. For example, a delivery of 30 containers measuring 40' x 8' x 9.5' and 10 containers measuring 40' x 8' x 9.6' is fully compliant, provided the total quantity delivered equals 40.
