Terms and condition:
1. The supplier shall fabricate, deliver and install cabinets according to the approved specifications, drawings and dimensions, materials and finish and approved plans herein attached.
2. All materials shall be brand new, of good quality and free from detects.
3. Fabrication, delivery and installation shall be completed within ten (10) calendar days upon the receipt of Purchase Order (PO)
4. No Cash-On-Delivery is allowed.
5. Prices must be inclusive of all charges allowed by law.
6. Price validity shall be for the period until the final inspection and acceptance of the work to be completed.
