The scope of this service concerns two main activities 1. Storage: -Receipt service for mother reels (Delivery Order 0L4800x or OL7800x), reception control and identification -Storage service and maintenance in operational conditions. -Provision of cable cutting (Delivery Order OL3800x). -Supply and storage of the daughter reels necessary to receive the cable cut to length. -Handling service on site or from the receiving dock, unloading of drums upon receipt of OL48 or 0L78, loading of drums for OL38 shipments 2. Downstream transport: -Reservation of a suitable means of transport from the platform to all destination points, limited to French territory (metropolis). This service includes making appointments with construction sites and managing delivery postponements. In the case of a successful bidder who does not have a cable cutting machine suited to our needs, RTE gives itself the opportunity to make an investment which will result in exclusive ownership of this machine and its return at the end of the contract. Storage is sized on a base volume 130 drums plus 10 overhangs of 10 drums; i.e. a maximum volume of 230 drums.
