The Stockport Festive Lights programme plays an important part of a much wider Stockport festive package, a package that extends beyond the provision of illuminated street decoration and supports Stockport s economy and communities. The overall objective of the Stockport Festive Lights programme is to provide a coordinated and cohesive illuminated festive display across a range of sites and locations within the Borough of Stockport throughout the months of November and December and the first week of January in each year of the contract.
