BH-P Logements is a public service company subject to the Companies Code with the exception of matters regulated by the Walloon Housing Code. The SLSPs, which fulfill a regional public service mission, have the main missions of managing and renting social housing, medium-sized housing, transit and integration for the most vulnerable people. This contract is a joint contract in that, in accordance with article 48 of the law of June 17, 2016, the contract is awarded on behalf of public authorities different adjudicators who, in the general interest, have come together within a single market. In this case, the various authorities are BH-P Logements and the ASBL FEES (APL service) and have, by mutual agreement, designated the competent body to intervene. in their collective name, as contracting authority, SLSP BH-P Logements. Despite the uniqueness of the market, the attention of bidders is drawn to the fact that in practice, the statements of costs and fees will be sent by the successful bidder to each sponsor separately for their order and payments will be made directly by the different market entities. At the time of writing this contract, the contracting authority is not able to precisely define the quantities of services to be performed. Consequently, the presumed quantities indicated in the special specifications governing this contract are purely indicative, they do not bind anyone...
