Tender Details

The purpose of this company is to provide supplies, transport, labor and all means of execution relating to recurring work for the maintenance and repair of roofs. This is a framework agreement divided into 2 lots corresponding to 2 zones geographical areas defined below. Each lot constitutes a separate framework agreement and is concluded with a maximum of 3 contractors based on the established ranking as defined in the market award criteria and ranking of offers. All lots include the same services. Contracts will be awarded following a cascade system defined in point II.6. Allocation of orders in cascade based on the framework agreement. Each order placed as part of a batch constitutes a separate public contract whole and distinct. For each order, the activated items become fixed rates for this order. The conclusion of a framework agreement on the basis of these specifications does not give entrepreneurs any monopoly. The contracting authority may, even during the period of validity of the contract, have services identical or similar to those described in these specifications carried out by other contractors.
