STK-26-01 Total contract service building Atneosen church
Purpose and scope The Stor-Elvdal joint church council intends to enter into a contract for the design and construction of a new operational building at Atneosen church. The purpose of the procurement is to meet the client's need for a new, functional operating building to replace the current building. The new operating building must be established in roughly the same location as the existing operating building and must have a simple, neutral and expedient design, adapted to the building's use and surroundings. The procurement includes the design and construction of a new operational building, including the services and deliveries that are necessary to deliver a complete and completed building in accordance with the tender basis and attached functional description. As part of the offer, the supplier must deliver a tentative progress plan for the implementation of the project. The progress plan must highlight the main phases and key milestones for design, execution and completion. More detailed requirements for the building's functions and performances appear in the attached functional description. A joint tender inspection will be carried out on Wednesday 14.10.26 at 09.00
