The Department of Public Health (“City” or “DPH”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide program administration services for the STI/HIV Branch to support the continuation and preservation of public health services for populations disproportionately affected by sexually transmitted infections (STIs), Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), and Hepatitis C (HCV) in San Francisco. Program administration services include fiscal management and reporting, performance and quality management, subcontractor management, and staffing as required by the individual projects. The program administration service areas include but are not limited to: San Francisco City Clinic (SFCC) Patient Care and Clinical Teaching; LINCS (Linkage, Integration, Navigation, and Comprehensive Services); and the STI/HIV Branch Research Program.
