Brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the procurement is to conclude a framework contract for the purchase of sterile gloves. Product descriptions are given in Appendix 1. The scope of the procurement also includes conducting training on the use of each offered product at the request of the procurer. The training must be conducted in Estonia in language and the venue is the foundation Tartu University Hospital, L. Puusepa 8, Tartu or the joint-stock company "Põlva Haigla" Uus 2, Põlva, respectively. The procurement is divided into 8 parts. The offer can be submitted either for one or several parts. Framework agreements are concluded according to the terms of Appendix 2 (1 supplier) or Appendix 3 (2 suppliers) for each part with a separate deadline of 31.05.2029. In the event that the same bidder is recognized as successful in several parts, a single framework contract covering all relevant parts of the procurement will be concluded with him.
