These tender conditions concern Gladsaxe Municipality's tender for a total consultancy agreement for Stengard School.
The total consultant agreement for Stengard Skole constitutes the design of a new wing to be fitted out for the comprehensive school, and must be able to accommodate three year groups with three classes in each, classrooms and staff facilities.
The project includes a partial renovation and conversion of wing 2 into a new group arrangement area as well as the construction of a new wing containing base areas, classrooms and staff facilities.
Stengard School's new wing must appear with new inspiring learning environments with a good indoor climate. The new base areasis to support students' learning, well-being and opportunities for participation.
Gladsaxe Municipality is looking for one contracting party, which consists of a team with the necessary skills in architecture, sustainability, landscape architecture and engineering consultancy.
The total consultant team must start the project with outwork on stage scenarios for the entire school, volume studies and final building programme.
Gladsaxe Municipality's currently offered material consisting of, among other things, project description, function description, technical instructions and area paradigm make up large parts of the final building programme.
Counselormust continue and complete the construction program, and in particular also prepare the entire technical part of the construction program incl. stage scenarios and volume studies for overall disposition of the school.
