Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial steel toe safety boots (Army), prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation: quotes are being requested. This is a request for quote (RFQ) with a solicitation number of W911SF-23-T-0001. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-66. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 316210 - . The Government contemplates award of a single, firm fixed price contract using “ALL or NONE” basis to the offeror who is determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9 and whose price is lowest and is considered fair and reasonable.
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Moore has a requirement to contract to obtain Steel toe Safety Boots (Army) Coyote Brown, Full grain cowhide leather and nylon fabric, vanguard running shoe sole construction, cushioned polyurethane midsole, 100% rubber VIBRAM Sierra outsole, polyurethane removable insole, Steel toe rated safe for use with electrical hazards:Ranges: Full Sizes 3-16 Regular & Wide, Half Sizes 3.5 - 15.5 Regular & Wide, HT 8", WT 28.20oz.Must Meet ASTM F2412-11 and F22413-11 certified, AR 670-1 compliant for the OCP ACU, Berry Compliant, US Army Certified (91A/91M Army Boot, SteelToe)
VENDOR NOTE: Steel toe boots will be requested by this command in increments based on class sizes. Vendor cannot ship entire order at one time but must send groups of boots by sizes based on the submitted request from the Battalion S4. This command will not accept the entire shipment at one time.
