The subject of the order is the manufacture, delivery and professional installation of a steel protective railing type U-12a (segmental or continuous) on an existing concrete wall or next to it on a concrete base. The barrier is used to separate the fire route from maneuvering area on a section with a total length of approx. 15 meters (accurate physical measurement required before prefabrication). Completion date: August 31, 2026. Requirements for the Contractor Carrying out a site visit and accurate physical measurement before starting production.Determining the height of the barrier, taking into account the shape and difference of the terrain (from approx. 30 cm at the beginning to 110 cm at the lowest point).Making the barrier from a pipe with a diameter of 48, protected against corrosion with hot-dip galvanizing (in accordance with the PN-EN standard ISO 1461).Presentation of an optional quote for powder coating (e.g. yellow RAL 1023 or yellow-black). Professional surface installation on a concrete crown/substrate using mounting feet (flat bars with holes) and anchors chemical/mechanical. Ensuring the transport of materials to the installation site. Providing a minimum 24-month warranty on the anti-corrosion coating and the assembly performed. Providing certificates and declarations of performance for the materials used steel and galvanizing.
