The Barangay San Roque, Culaba, Biliran, through the Budget for the General Appropriation Act of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Twenty Thousand pesos (Php220, 000.00) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Steel Cover for Drainage Canal. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
