The subject of this public contract is the preparation of project documentation for construction, which will be in accordance with the relevant legal regulations, in particular with Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on construction documentation, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Decree No. 499/2006 Coll."), and Decree No. 169/2016 Coll., a decree on determining the scope of public contract documentation for construction works and an inventory of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of measurements, as amended, and which will not contain any specific trade names and brands (hereinafter also referred to as "DPS") The Contractor undertakes to prepare the Project Documentation for the execution of the construction (hereinafter referred to as "PDPS") in the scope and quality determined by the contract, relevant legal regulations and technical standards, including in the environment building information modeling (BIM) according to the instructions listed in Annex No. 5 BIM requirements The subject of the public contract will be implemented by the contractor in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, valid ČSN standards and regulations regarding work safety and technical devices. In the event that an amendment to one of the above-mentioned regulations becomes valid and effective during the performance of a public contract, or another legal regulation relating to the subject of the performance of the public contract becomes valid and effective, is the contractor obliged to comply with these new legal regulations and instructions (procedures) when implementing a public contract.
