Tender Details

The subject of the investment event is the construction of a new building in Klácelova Street in Česká Třebová, which will serve the needs of the Home at the Well. The construction of the new building will be preceded by the demolition of the existing building No. 7, on the site of which a new building with a social therapy workshop with a shop, facilities for the administration of the Home at the Well and for the sheltered housing service. The shape solution is influenced by the location of the plot in the urban heritage zone. In the main part, the new object will respect the outline of the original one building, only a stair tube will be added in the rear part of the building. A lower part will also be added to the main building in the place of the original extension. The house is designed as barrier-free with an entrance from Klácelova street. There will be an elevator in the building, which will ensure accessibility i other floors to persons with limited mobility. In addition, the basement will be accessible from the courtyard also with barrier-free access. Windows and other elements will remain at their original heights. The main part of the building will be four-storey, with one underground floor being considered three above ground. The building will have two floors in the extension. The associated building on the western part of the yard will not be replaced, the entrance to the garage in the basement of the main building is proposed here.
