Tender Details

The subject of the acquisition is the statutory periodical inspections of buildings' elevators, fire alarm and extinguishing device systems, hoists, lift doors, electrical equipment and pressure equipment. The work sites are mainly located in the South Karelia region In Lappeenranta. The estimated total value of the acquisition is around 85, 000 euros/year. The procurement is divided into six (6) sub-areas. The areas of procurement and the percentage distribution of the estimated annual total value by area are described below: Subarea 1: Elevators (45%) Subarea 2: Fire alarm systems and extinguishing equipment systems (32%) Section 3: Lifts (5%) Section 4: Lift doors (3%) Section 5: Electrical equipment (12%) Section 6: Pressure equipment (3%) Described in this call for tenders and its attachments the amounts are rough estimates. The amounts may change during the contract period, for example due to the aging of the equipment or the introduction of new equipment or real estate. Subscribers do not have a quantity purchase obligation for the services that are the subject of procurement, nor do they have to subscribers thus commit to purchasing a certain amount. Subscribers acquire the service during the term of the contract according to actual need. The bidder can submit a bid in one or more sub-areas, partial bids within the sub-areas are not accepted. Subscriber selects a maximum of two (2) bidders/sub-area in order of the most economically advantageous as contract suppliers. The procurement is implemented as a framework arrangement.
