Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Stationery Supplies.

Tender Document Purchase Fee: 10, 000 YER.
Primary Warranty: 800, 000 YER.

· The bid shall be submitted in a closed envelope sealed with red wax to the specified address of the Ministry, on which the name of the entity, the name of the tender, the purchase process number, and the name of the bidder are written, with the following documents attached to it:

1. An unconditional bank guarantee in the same form as specified in the tender documents for the amount specified above, valid for a period of ( 120 ) days from the date of opening the envelopes or a check acceptable to pay.

2. A copy of a valid registration and classification certificate.

3. A copy of the sales tax certificate + a valid tax card.

4. A copy of the insurance card + valid zakat card.

5. A copy of the profession practice certificate.

· Foreign companies are excluded from submitting the aforementioned certificates and cards, and it is sufficient to submit qualified legal documents issued by the countries to which these companies belong.

· The last date for receiving bids and opening envelopes is 1:30 on Monday 18/4/2022 AD . Bids received after this date will not be accepted and will be returned in their delivered condition to their owners.

· The envelopes will be opened at the Ministry's headquarters shown above in the office of the Undersecretary for Financial and Administrative Affairs - the second floor, in the presence of the bidders or their representatives with an official signed and sealed authorization.
