The United States Coast Guard is accepting quotes from qualified individuals or firms to provide all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, supervision, licenses, and management for Internet and Cable Television service for Coast Guard (USCG) Station Grand Isle.
Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the Performance Work Statement to become familiar with the required work, and it is highly recommended to visit the location to become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be performed. All work must be completed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.

The period of performance for this contract is a one-year base period with four one-year (12 month) option periods as follows:
Base Period: 01 Aug 2026 - 31 Jul 2027
Option Year One: 01 Aug 2027 - 31 Jul 2028
Option Year Two: 01 Aug 2028 - 31 Jul 2029
Option Year Three: 01 Aug 2029 - 31 Jul 2030
Option Year Four: 01 Aug 2030 - 31 Jul 2031
Contractors- quotes need to provide a total price for the base year and all option years.
This will be a firm-fixed priced purchase order awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. The evaluation factors are:
