Statewide Preventative Maintenance Fire Services
The Department and Ambulance Tasmania seek a Statewide Preventative Maintenance - Fire Services contractor (AS4919 asset maintenance conditions of contract) to ensure the safety and reliability of fire and electrical systems within all health facilities.The maintenance responsibility applies to all fire related assets within the Department's statewide facilities, including a number of regional sites including King Island, Flinders Island Cape Barron sites. Ambulance Tasmania facilities are also included. It will also extend to new assets that are added to the asset register during the contract term.The contract will cover: Regular inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems, fire suppression systems, and electrical systems. Emergency repair services. Compliance with fire systems and electrical systems legislative requirements Managed KPI's for the regions and the superintendent.
Prequalification :Only Contractors or Consultants prequalified with the Department of Treasury and Finance Prequalification Scheme are eligible to tender. Tenderers must be prequalified at or above the financial limit specified, or to a value equal to or greater than the tendered price.
