The Health and Human Services Commission is issuing this Solicitation for selection of a firm(s) to provide janitorial services at facilities located throughout the State of Texas, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Solicitation.HHSC is soliciting the services stated in this Solicitationunder the authority Texas Government Code §2155.061.Description of Services, Contract Term and Historical Compensation:Description of Services:Refer toAttachment A, Janitorial Scopes of Work.Contract Term:The initial term of any Contract resulting from this Solicitation will be for a period of one (1) year beginning September 1, 2026, or upon execution of the Contract, whichever occurs first, HHSC, at its sole option, may extend any Contract awarded pursuant to this Solicitation for up to two (2) additional years.Historical Compensation:Historical compensation under contracts with similar scope and size to this Solicitation has ranged from approximately $8, 400.00 to $306, 596.88 per State Fiscal Year depending on Region and Group.Mandatory Pre-Proposal Webinars and Mandatory JobsiteWalkthroughsHHSC will conduct two pre-proposal webinars.
