This tender relates to the offer of the State Facility Management in the form of six service areas and is estimated to have an estimated value between 225 and 325 million. DKK per year within the six service areas. The covered institutions are geographically scattered throughout the country. There is expected start of the agreement D. 01 October 2026.

The tender includes the following service areas:

1) cleaning, plant service and window polishing

2) Care

3) Internal service

4) Outdoor areas

5) Internal maintenance

240 properties in approx. 290 locations of varying size. The sites are divided into about 470, 000 cleaned m2, geographically located in and around the metropolitan area and across the country. Not All services and partial services are performed at all institutions; This depends, among other things, of the nature, size of the institution concerned and whether the property in question is owned or rented by the state.
