DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) - Project No.ML250007_85901 - Request for Standing Offer Agreement - Steam Network, at Montreal Garrison (Qc)Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders/offers to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” work on the steam network services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned above.The SOA will be for a period of one (1) year with a maximum estimated value of $ 300, 000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to two (2) additional one-year periods and increased in the order of $300, 000.00 for each additional period. The maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $ 40, 000.00.THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENTThe selected contractor will be required to hold a valid a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC).
