The subject of this market is the harmonization of the various ERP systems of hospitals in the Grouping of the University Hospital of Brussels (H.U.B): the Erasme Hospital, the Jules Bordet Institute and the University Hospital of Children Reine Fabiola (Huderf). This group of academic hospitals linked to The Libre de Brussels University has nearly 6, 000 employees, including nearly 4, 000 non-drug profiles, with 1, 420 beds on 3 hospital sites located in Anderlecht and Laeken.
This harmonization market includes supply, management of the implementation project (analysis, configuration, recovery Data, test, training and assistance to the Go Live) as well as the support and maintenance of an ERP: a single system for the three hospitals which must be multisite, multi-agrees, and multilingual.
More specifically, the objective of the software is to optimize the operation of purchases, of Logistics, accounting and reporting thanks to an integrated application and a modernization of flows.
