This Rft Is For The Engineering, Procurement, And Construction (Epc) Of The Next 50 Sps Units In Our Program Of Works.An Sps Is Defined By Horizon Power As A Self-Contained Generating Unit Or Units That Provide The Sole Source Of Electricity, Independent Of The Horizon Power Network. The Sps May Include A Combination Of Generating Units That Incorporate Engine-Driven, Renewable, And Storage Energy Components.The Sps Must Operate Unmanned, Reliably, And Efficiently, Under The Specified Conditions And For The Nominated Design Life. The Sps Must Be Designed As A Fully Automated Power System Capable Of Automatically Dispatching And Loading Its Power Sources As Demand Requires.The Scope Consists Of Two (2) Separable Portions Based On The Following Locations:Sp1 - Esperance West; Andsp2 - Esperance East.
