Horizon Power Is Inviting Offers For The Request For Tender (Rft) For The Standalone Power System (Sps) Round 5 Project.This Rft Is For The Engineering, Procurement, And Construction (Epc) Of The Next 50 Sps Units In Our Program Of Works.An Sps Is Defined By Horizon Power As A Self-Contained Generating Unit Or Units That Provide The Sole Source Of Electricity, Independent Of The Horizon Power Network. The Sps May Include A Combination Of Generating Units That Incorporate Engine-Driven, Renewable, And Storage Energy Components.The Sps Must Operate Unmanned, Reliably, And Efficiently, Under The Specified Conditions And For The Nominated Design Life. The Sps Must Be Designed As A Fully Automated Power System Capable Of Automatically Dispatching And Loading Its Power Sources As Demand Requires.The Scope Consists Of Three (3) Separable Portions Based On The Following Locations: Sp1 - Esperance East; Sp2 - Esperance West; And Sp3 - Exmouth.
