Items shall be new, no refurbished or used items will be accepted. ** This is a federally funded purchase and CSN purchase order terms/federal terms and conditions will prevail **Requested items may be brand name or equal. If equal submit/attach specifications. Award of this IFB shall be made to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder(s) after giving due consideration to price, quality, availability, conformance to specifications, financial capability and service, including such things as life cycle cost, if applicable, all in the best interests of the requesting department and CSN.
