This NRFP is an invitation by BC Housing and Interior Health to Non-Profit Operators to submit Proposals for the provision of providing operator and some non-designated support services for a Standalone Complex Care Site to be located in Kamloops, British Columbia (the “Site”), in compliance with requirements of this NRFP. No responses to any other form of request will be responded to. Proponents must submit a signed Appendix 10 - Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain Appendix 9 - The Deliverables including site location and site-specific information, and addenda. No submission will be accepted from proponents who did not submit the signed NDA. The signed NDA must be submitted via email to the BC Housing Contact Person before April 24, 2026 @ 2:00 P.M. PT. BC Housing intends to hold an Optional virtual information meeting via Microsoft Teams for Proponents at 3:00 p.m. on May 14, 2026.
