Summary Details:
The Province is soliciting proposals for a single Contractor to provide a subscription service (including ongoing maintenance and support) for a software-as-a-service (SaaS) Stakeholder Management System (SMS) that is compliant with the Province's privacy and security requirements; as well as Implementation services for configuration, data migration, deployment, stabilization and training required for use of the SMS SaaS product in connection with three (3) major capital infrastructure Projects.
The SMS will enable staff working on Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure major capital infrastructure Projects to manage their engagement with external Stakeholders in order for the Ministry to fulfill its mandate to plan, record, document, evaluate and report on their communication and interaction with Project and community Stakeholders.
The SMS will support the following major business processes:
1. Managing Stakeholder communications;
2. Tracking Stakeholder correspondence, interests and commitments; and
3. Reporting to Project Executives and Project governance bodies.
