CNL requires the manufacture, inspection, qualification testing, supply, and delivery of a stainless steel container complete with a lid and a lever-lock ring to secure the lid to the container which align to ASTM B 912- 02. Welding shall follow either ISO 9001:2008 or CSA Z299. Welder qualification & welding procedure qualification shall follow ASME BPVC Section IX as a guide or in house qualification as directed by a CNL welding professional. ASTM A 240- 04. ASTM A 380 -06.
