We invite manufacturers and suppliers to participate in the tender for the manufacture and supply of stainless steel products for the needs of the network. Estimated purchase volume per month: Sinks - 25 pcs. Production tables - 20 pcs. Shelves - 25 pcs. Cabinets - 50 pcs. Reinforced racks - 400 pcs. In the attachment to the tender: a list of 44 items with an indication of overall dimensions; visualization of products. Technical requirements. All products are made of AISI 201 stainless steel. Detailed technical characteristics of each item are specified in attached list and correspond to the visualizations provided. General design requirements: Frame: profile pipe 30×30×1 mm. Shelves: metal thickness - 0.8 mm. Worktops of production tables: stainless steel 0.8 mm reinforced with polished chipboard 16 mm. Sink tops: metal thickness - 1.0 mm. Wall board: height 40 mm (for all products with a table top). Shelves: full-length shelves, recessed into the frame; shelf load - at least 100 kg; for a width of 600 mm - reinforcement with a traverse; for a width of 400-500 mm - reinforcement by the structure of the shelf (bending). Completion: adjustable polypropylene legs on all products.
