The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of new, unused stage lighting devices: 1) LED Profile moving heads, quantity: 6 pieces; 2) LED PAR floodlights - quantity: 2 sets; 3) LED TUBE floodlights, 1 set; - for the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic - European Art Center in Biaymstok named after Stanisawa Moniuszki ul. Odeska 1, 15-406 Biaystok. A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The subject of the order must be brand new, of full value, free from any defects and damage without prior use. The Ordering Party reserves that wherever trademarks, patents, origins, sources or standards are indicated in the content of the documents constituting the description of the subject of the order and in the description itself, the Ordering Party allows methods materials, devices, systems, technologies, products, etc. equivalent to those presented in the description of the subject of the order in terms of manufacturing technology and general composition of materials and products.
