1. Subject of the OrderReplacement of the PT-7 MAMUT belt conveyor (B1000, L = 48 m, inclination 15°) in the Sulików Basalt Mine, including dismantling the existing structure and delivery and installation of a new device. Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order: Warranty Operating and Instantaneous Capacity: The conveyor must guarantee stable and failure-free operation with an average operating efficiency of 700 t/h in continuous operation S1. The entire structure, drive system and belt must be able to withstand the momentary performance without any problems (peak) at the level of 800 t/h with a temporary accumulation of heavy basalt aggregate feed with a bulk density of 1.8 t/m³. Drum Configuration and Belt Speed: The Ordering Party does not impose a top-down driving drum diameter of Ø 630 mm - selection of method obtaining operating parameters remains the responsibility of the Contractor. It is required to indicate the assumed belt speed (m/s) along with the technical justification for this selection in terms of ensuring efficiency, optimal profile of the mined stream and minimizing belt abrasion. The preferred configuration is based on a driving drum with a diameter of approx. 430 mm (range 426-435 mm) with a ceramic lining, equipped with a pressure (pressing) drum increasing the angle of belt wrap on the driving drum. Guards and Safety Health and safety (Holcim Standard): Mechanical safeguards must fully comply with the strict health and safety guidelines of the Holcim Group.
