Detailed description of the subject of the order. The full scope of works carried out by the Contractor includes: Transport of the mixer with hoppers from the Bielawa location to Wapienna. Technical and overall dimensions: length of the mixer with the conveyor is 17 m, width 3 m, the weight of the structure itself is 17 tons. The weight of one hopper is 2 tons (3 baskets should be included in the transport). Transport of the B1000 conveyor from Bielawa to Wapienna. Setting up road plates for the mixer and a trakpactor crusher - an additional option (the scope includes laying 7 pieces of road slabs). placing concrete blocks with dimensions of 180 x 60 x 60 cm under the tracks of the Metso 458 screener - an additional option (the scope includes laying 8-10 pieces of blocks). Installation and regeneration of the mixer, which includes: Installation of 3 hoppers with dedicated selection belts. Regeneration and installation of mixer components (in particular: limiters, discharge flaps, hopper extensions). IMPORTANT: Contractor is fully responsible for the purchase and delivery of all spare parts necessary for full regeneration.
